The Studio, a large ensuite double room with a 25 m2 floor area is furnished in a modern style and has a double bed and sofa. It includes a half stable door, providing access via a wrought iron spiral staircase from the garden patio. The conservation roof lights look towards the sea. The double rooms have carpeted floors, a seating area with a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, and heating. Twin rooms feature two beds. Family rooms are available with three beds. Bathrooms provide free toiletries.
Dining at Kersbrook
Breakfast is served in the breakfast room between 8:00 AM and 10:15 AM and is cooked to order using locally sourced ingredients. Freshly squeezed pure orange juice, apple, or tomato juice, grapefruit, melon, fresh fruit, yogurts, cheeses, cereals, croissants, and danish pastries are available. Guests can order grilled bacon, local butcher's sausages, eggs, grilled tomatoes, and mushrooms. Fish such as smoked haddock and kipper fillets are offered. Fine teas, ground coffee, and drinking chocolate are available with white or granary/ wholemeal toast. Tea and coffee can be served in the lounges or garden. Lyme Regis has restaurants, pubs, and cafes. For example, the Kiosk is in the middle of the seafront by the beach huts and Royal Standard is a pub by the harbor.
Leisure & Relaxation
Guests can use the garden, landscaped areas, and patio areas with garden seating. There is a guest lounge with sofas, chairs, a window seat, local information, maps, magazines, papers, and board games. The licensed bar lounge offers drinks that can also be served in the garden. Dinosaurland Fossil Museum is 0.5 km away. Exeter International Airport is 45 km away. The private car park is located beyond the walled garden. A near-level and ramped access can be taken to the garden door if passengers alight at the bottom of the driveway and follow the path past the kitchen building, before driving up the slope to the car park.
