mixed feelings about my stay

helpful staffpoor showerpatio heater
the staff were great and very helpful .
the room got very hot, but i couldn't open the window fully because the mechanism was too high up. a patio heater kept turning on and off outside my window, forcing me to keep the blind down. the shower was poor and i noticed hairs on the sink and crisps on the floor upon arrival.
