unhelpful staffpoor service
the room itself was okay, i got a bed for the night. however, trying to get breakfast was a challenge. the staff was not helpful and the person pretending to be the manager was even worse, refusing to acknowledge my issue. i ended up walking out without any breakfast.

The Catherine Room was perfect for our party. Kirsty made sure everything went smoothly, and she went above what we expected. I stayed in a Beautiful room. It was large, and it has a fantastic double rainfall shower. I was very happy.
The mattress was firm, and the pillows was too.

the staff was friendly. i found the breakfast had a great selection. there were various fresh food options available. the hot food was made to order, what i appreciated.
there was no air conditioning, i found this unusual. it was challenging getting out of the shower because there was no rail to hold on to. i almost slipped, that was concerning.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel! the reception staff were amazingly friendly and super helpful. my room was clean. It overlooked the golf course, an unexpected bonus. breakfast was a good experience with fresh food cooked to order!!!

i stayed in the suite king bed for three nights and wow! the modern suite felt warm and i really enjoyed having a nice seating area. the bed was SUPER comfortable! breakfast was a HUGE highlight with a great selection of fresh food and tasty cooked-to-order options.
the bathroom design is open plan and it lacks a proper door, sacrificing some privacy i missed that a lot!

The hotel provides convenient, free parking. I found the on-site restaurant offered excellent food. The gym features enough equipment for a decent workout, 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes! The location was perfect, offering easy access to Bath via the nearby Park and Ride.
The room lighting had a single on and off setting, no ambient control.
