The George serves classic British pub food with a twist, using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Menus change daily based on the availability of fresh ingredients from suppliers and crop veg from the Woolley allotments. Sunday lunches feature roasts carved at the table, including whole herbed chicken for four. Guests can look forward to summer Friday night BBQs with live music in July and August. Expect traditional butcher's cuts picked from Stiles Butchers in Bromham. Guests can also have the chef prepare breakfast in the restaurant from 9:30 am. The property also offers George's kids mini burger in a brioche bun with French Fries. Do not forget to take a gander at the fabulous Cake table in ' The Pantry ' for today's treats.

Leisure and Entertainment

Guests can relax in the south-facing suntrap garden during the summer months. Monthly events include Steak Night and Quiz Supper. Steak Night includes an 8 oz sirloin steak with trimmings and a 175ml glass of Merlot or Pinot Grigio, or a pint of Butcombe or San Miguel. Ladies That Lunch ' created as a space for ladies to make new friends, and enjoy a lovely lunch with new company or meet new like-minded people. There are two private dining rooms available on the first floor with themes and colour schemes. The property offers a cosy lounge with log fire in the winter.
