The location near the Rialto area is really prime. It is next to the Rialto Market. Access by vaporetto at the Rialto Mercato stop makes arrival easy. The hotel had luxurious finishes. The breakfast was perfect with many choices.
Access to my room felt a little small. The elevator was also a bit uncomfortable.

Breakfast offered fresh food and a great variety. The dining area was luxurious and very comfortable. The staff are very attentive and ready to help guests with their needs.

The staff was always friendly and available to help. Check-in was easy and staff are really helpful. I really loved the maid service. All the staff were very attentive. I really recommend this hotel.

i found the location convenient near rialto bridge. the water bus to santa lucia train station was an easy trip. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to key transport links. this made exploring the area simple.
the elevator felt slightly small which was a minor inconvenience.

the staff were super friendly. they held our bags when we arrived early. this allowed us to begin sightseeing immediately. i found their helpfulness excellent.

the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh food. staff members were consistently friendly and available. the location proved to be an excellent choice. it had minimal stairs from the public boat station, a notable advantage.
some areas felt quite small or a little uncomfortable. the elevator and access to our room were examples of this. it was manageable, but slightly inconvenient .

The location was GREAT. Our suite was spacious and very clean with lots of room for clothes and luggage. I found separate spaces to hang out. The bathroom had a GREAT tub and double sinks. This provided plenty of room.
The apartments are in a separate building next door with their own entrance. There is NO elevator, and the building is in poor condition. I found the apartment itself very basic. The beds were uncomfortable, with poor mattresses and pillows.
