the location was amazing. it was a short walk to rialto bridge. customer service was top notch!!! the room was a delight with a balcony and canal views.
i was told i had a free upgrade, but the room was quite standard. the air conditioning was noisy, and it kept me awake most of the nights.

The staff were very polite.. they even prepared the baby bed when we arrived. i liked the christmas decoration as well. It. our room is quite enough, warm and well located. you need max 5 min to reach san marco square.
our room was tired. although it was beautiful and clean, there were many broken things in the room.

noisy air conditioninglimited breakfast
The air conditioning in my room (Beautiful Double Room) was quite LOUD and made it difficult to sleep soundly. I requested assistance, BUT the issue wasn't fully resolved . the breakfast selection felt a bit limited. There were no hot options except for scrambled eggs, and the variety of fresh fruits was smaller than I expected.
