fantastic central stay

convenient location water taxi soundproof room friendly staff

i found the location convenient for accessing major attractions. the hotel has its own water taxi stop , which simplified arrival and departure with luggage. i stayed in a room facing the square and closing the windows effectively blocked out noise. the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly .

the shower's water pressure was quite low , , made showering less enjoyable.

while i did not have breakfast at the hotel , i observed a breakfast room. it was somewhat small , which could be a consideration during peak times and potentially crowded.

amazing stay!

great location breakfast bags

The hotel is in a GREAT location! a water taxi picked us up right at the main door. we also walked to attractions easily. the staff arranged breakfast bags for our early flight. They included water, juice, fruit, and pastries.

the bar was empty and didn't have any food. i wish the hotel offered more options in the evening.

A decent stay

canal view beautiful palace attentive staff bad smell sick partner unpleasant bathroom

the palace itself was beautiful i loved our canal view room the staff were amazing from the minute i booked our stay to checkout they were very accommodating attentive and had lots of options available to us in terms of private pickups and transfers arrive by water taxi- it's more easy to arrive that way and beautiful food and drinks thank you

a very bad smell came from the bathroom , made my partner very sick each night unfortunately
