the staff were very helpful. they assisted with a water taxi to the airport. breakfast had so much variety, i ate a lot. my room included evening turndown service.
the gym was very basic. its equipment seemed below standard. i found this disappointing.

a lovely stay
cute staff convenient access prosecco bottle early check-in
I found the front desk staff particularly cute. They assisted me promptly with all inquiries. the hotel's proximity to rialto bridge and st mark's square offered convenient access to main attractions. i enjoyed the complimentary bottle of prosecco on arrival. the early check-in was helpful after a long journey. It allowed me to settle in quickly.
The gym equipment felt quite basic. It did not entirely meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

Breakfast included a diverse selection of items. the dining area overlooked one of the canals. various gondolas and water taxis passed by. It made each morning nice.

The central location includes a private jetty! the furnishings are beautiful. some chandeliers looked lovely. the breakfast buffet provided fresh fruits. Breads and pastries. there were meats and cheese available.
the gym was very basic and its equipment seemed not up to standard.

Excellent Stay in the City Center
boat dock easy access
The location was very convenient. I found it easy to walk to many sights. The hotel features its own boat dock. This was a unique experience and perfect for my boat transfer. I appreciated the easy access to restaurants and shops nearby. Everything was just steps away.
the gym seemed very basic, and some of the equipment was not up to standard. It was not clear from the beginning, and I would have appreciated more transparency.

The spacious room featured comfortable beds. I slept well each night. The room was also very quiet. I was not disturbed by outside noise, even though I was in the city center. I found the room well kept with attention to detail.
