the staff were friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated the hotel's central location. it made exploring very easy.
the gym was a bit basic with equipment that seemed a bit dated.

I found the front desk staff particularly cute. They assisted me promptly with all inquiries. the hotel's proximity to rialto bridge and st mark's square offered convenient access to main attractions. i enjoyed the complimentary bottle of prosecco on arrival. the early check-in was helpful after a long journey. It allowed me to settle in quickly.
The gym equipment felt quite basic. It did not entirely meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

The central location includes a private jetty! the furnishings are beautiful. some chandeliers looked lovely. the breakfast buffet provided fresh fruits. Breads and pastries. there were meats and cheese available.

Excellent Stay in the City Center

The location was very convenient. I found it easy to walk to many sights. The hotel features its own boat dock. This was a unique experience and perfect for my boat transfer. I appreciated the easy access to restaurants and shops nearby. Everything was just steps away.
the gym seemed very basic, and some of the equipment was not up to standard. It was not clear from the beginning, and I would have appreciated more transparency.

The spacious room featured comfortable beds. I slept well each night. The room was also very quiet. I was not disturbed by outside noise, even though I was in the city center. I found the room well kept with attention to detail.
