superb location nice furniture good pillow
The hotel location was superb and gave good view over a grand canal. my room decor felt nice. I liked the furniture plus chandelier. pillows were good. I slept well.

small room morning noise
The room was small. i booked a classic double room, i was very surprised by its size. It barely fit the bed. also, the noise early in the morning really bothered me. I could clearly hear staff preparing for breakfast, so sleeping in was impossible. the location is not a big advantage because every place is near to everything.

The hotel sits right on the Grand Canal, giving you easy access to water transport. My room had a great layout and comfortable furniture. Breakfast provided decent options and pastries tasted delicious. The staff were helpful with directions and recommendations for local restaurants, this I find very useful.

Staff provided useful recommendations. Receptionists were always available. The porter promptly handled luggage. Hot drinks were quickly brought to my table each morning, which I liked a lot.

The hotel location gives you proximity to the Rialto Bridge. A water taxi stop sits outside. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. The convenience of its closeness to main attractions is a real plus.

My room had a nice chandelier, this was lovely. The pillows were excellent quality. The furniture has good condition. The air conditioning system works well. I appreciated good air con.

Breakfast had plenty choice. Pastries were fresh. Hot coffee and tea were served. The breakfast room offers canal view. This room is a real asset.
