central location main attractions belfry
The hotel's location was unbeatable. I could easily walk to all the main attractions, since they were just steps away. I appreciated the proximity to the Markt, the main square, and the Belfry.

The location is unbeatable. It is near the main square. I liked the clean and modern rooms. The staff were EXTREMELY nice. They were always available to assist and provide information.
The room was small. There were no tea or coffee facilities. Plastic cups were in the bathroom.

I appreciated the location. It was close to the main square. The check-in staff were efficient, and the hotel also offered a convenient honesty-based electronic scanner system for purchasing incidentals. I found that the availability of starbucks coffee was very useful for me.
My room had no refrigerator, a drawback. A small refrigerator would be beneficial for storing drinks or snacks . This convenience is often expected in hotels..

the location was acceptable (it is very central).
the room lacked a kettle or coffee making facilities. there were no cups available, not even for brushing teeth. i feel even a semi-economy option should provide these.

The location was AMAZING!!! It allowed easy exploration of the city by foot. The staff members were friendly and always ready to help. I especially liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall hotel premises.
