lovely stay in a historic building

friendly staff comfortable bed

The location is central. the staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. my room was very large with comfortable beds, i slept very well. the historic building added to the experience. It was very beautiful.

The car parking was expensive. It cost 35 euros per day. this added a significant amount to the overall cost of my stay. i think the hotel should review this charge, or offer alternatives.

breakfast had a wide selection of food, with waiter service for hot drinks. the quality of the breakfast was superb, and there was a big choice of items. i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruit.

The hotel provides easy walking to attractions. its location is very central, shopping and sightseeing were very convenient. i found lots of dining options. All were easily accessible from the hotel, and the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The room included both a shower and a bathtub. The staff provided complimentary water bottles each evening. The location is central and convenient for reaching any destination in the city.

central location friendly staff clean room early check-in street noise smart tv

the hotel is centrally located it made exploring the area easy i found the staff to be friendly they greeted me with smiles i appreciated the clean room it was super clean and comfortable

i was unable to check in early that was disappointing the room faced the street the noise from rubbish collection woke me the smart tv did not allow casting from my device that was inconvenient

dirty glasses insecure room

I found the service underwhelming. The room wasn't properly cleaned. I saw dirty glasses left behind. ONE morning, I discovered my room door wide open with no staff nearby. My possessions were completely exposed. It felt unsafe.
