Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues

small spacold pool
The spa was too small. There was not enough room for everyone, and the atmosphere felt glacial (not exactly what I was hoping for). The pool was also too cold. It was not relaxing at all. our room, a "Luxury Room Middle", felt small considering the price.

The location was AMAZING. The staff storing luggage on arrival and departure was helpful. The room was well-equipped. It was also very clean, WHICH I appreciated.
I booked a specific room, but it wasn't available. I had to choose a more expensive room. They didn't apologize for this issue.

the location proved convenient it was a short walk to many attractions. the staff were mostly attentive i always received prompt service. the breakfast selection included vegan croissants that was a plus.
the absence of bathroom doors impacted privacy it was a bit awkward. the pool was unclean i saw debris floating. street noise was noticeable in the morning i could hear neighbors.
