stuffy roompoor service
The room felt stuffy. The air conditioning did not seem to work very well. I was waiting to be seated at the bar. no one came, so I seated myself. The staff requires further training on customer interaction. It is disappointing, because I expected more, especially from a 4-star hotel.

I stayed in a Beautiful Double Room. The room featured tea, coffee, and biscuits (nice touch!). A double bed offered a comfortable rest.
One of the staff members in housekeeping was really rude. I did not receive an apology for that unprofessional behavior (I expected at least that much).
