The bus stop outside provided easy access to public transport, charmed! The modern ice machine was useful. The staff were so nice! and upgraded us to a bigger bed. Baggage storage was available for early arrivals, so handy!

The handwash container was empty, and despite reporting it, it was not refilled promptly.

My room lacked a refrigerator, an amenity i deem essential. the absence of shelving or drawers also complicated storage. i had to live out of my suitcase for the duration of my stay. This was inconvenient.

the room was clean it was spacious too. i had a meal in the hotel i thought the food was fabulous. the staff were attentive and very good too.

there was road noise and traffic vibration at the front. four lanes of traffic were right outside the front bedrooms. i was woken up at 6 am by the traffic noise and vibration it was not a relaxing stay.
