Wonderful Experience, Nice Moments

plush bed clean room sizable bathroom warm welcome

The bed was plush, I slept so well in that clean room. The room had a sizable bathroom, I especially liked the towels. I arrived late but the staff accommodated with grace, they welcomed me warmly. In the bar, I had the best pints of Guinness I have ever had, a good taste of Ireland.

The elevator made some noise at times.

The breakfast included hot items and a breakfast bar. The room included a fridge, very useful. The staff at reception was very helpful. Showers had good pressure and hot water, its a very good thing.

My room felt a little dated and I heard some pipe noise during the night.

the breakfast had a good selection. the staff were very helpful. the hotel's location is great. it is excellent if someone wants to explore the city by foot.

my room was old. the hallway had plastic covering the old carpeted floors. the view was of the rooftop. pigeons the size of wild turkeys squawked the entire night!

friendly staff efficient staff good breakfast

I found the staff very friendly and efficient. The serving staff and kitchen staff all seemed willing to have a conversation. The bar staff also deserve a mention for their service. Breakfast was quite good.

The curtains are not really usable. There are blinds instead
