I asked reception about the last orders for room service, since the booklet said 9 pm. I was told I could order until 8:40 pm, but when I tried around 8:10 pm, room service was unavailable. Staff offered no apologies for the mistake (I wanted to surprise my partner with dessert for their birthday).

I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. They assisted with storing my bags before check-in. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was convenient, with many attractions within walking distance.
The room service concluded earlier than the time stated in the room booklet. I had planned a birthday surprise and could not order dessert. I booked a balcony room, but learned smoking was prohibited on the balcony. The reception also contacted me about checking out at the standard time, despite my payment for late check-out.

the location was excellent, and the room was very clean and spacious. the bed was very comfortable. also, the breakfast was good quality. the staff were lovely, and the hotel is very central, so i would stay again.
i found the access to the hotel difficult with suitcases due to the revolving door.
