i stayed overnight, and the hotel staff were really nice. everyone was nice everywhere. it was a very positive experience!!!
the road outside was a bit loud, even on the top floor. maybe the windows could use better soundproofing.

I loved how close it was to the shopping center, I could walk there. The breakfast had so much food available. The staff was friendly too. The car park had plenty of space.
I asked for water one day, but I was told to come downstairs to get it. That was inconvenient.

the hotel allowed early check-in, a very welcome feature after my early flight. the rooms design was comfortable. the front desk staff was both friendly and professional.
i noticed a slight amount of street noise from my room facing the road.
