wonderful stay

attentive managerrib eyebath seals

I booked a return stay with meals. everything was flawless from check in to check out. they treated us like vip's giving us the honeymoon suite again. the manager was very attentive and constantly checking with us during the meal. we both upgraded to the rib eye steak with onion tart and mushroom. It was magnificent!

i found mould around bath seals. the room was also small. breakfast was a shambles with not enough tables so we had to queue. it was expensive!

The room included a comfy mattress and pillows. a double bed was present in the room. the room was very clean and well presented. I found it to be a lovely space.

Every staff member i encountered were friendly and helpful. the carvery offered a great choice on the menu. the elder barmen in the bar were great. Be sure to strike up a conversation with them.

the staff were very friendly and helpful from reception. karen in the bar restaurant. she was pleasant, and nothing was too much trouble. it made our mealtimes relaxing. thank you to all staff for a wonderful stay. we will return.

fresh fruithomemade pastries

The breakfast buffet had so many options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection and homemade pastries. The hotel grounds felt so tranquil. I spent a lovely morning walking through the gardens toward the sea. It felt special.

The bathroom amenities were minimal. There wasn't even a small bottle of lotion.

I found some issues . the sound insulation was poor, and i could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. this made it difficult to sleep. the bar service was slow. It took a long time to get served, even when it wasn't very busy. the food at the bar was also quite average, not very tasty or well-prepared.

the staff offered excellent attention to detail during my two-night stay.

The room décor felt quite dated. The bathroom was especially disappointing. the tiling looked very old. the layout was also odd, with limited space around the toilet.
