the grounds were amazing. i especially enjoyed the forest trail. i encountered deer each time and also saw frogs.

the sensory garden needs a revamp. the little huts could have great potential but have no seats. one even has an ugly sign.

helena and theresa welcomed us warmly. helena was very nice. the room had a nice garden view, spacious and clean. the bathroom included a big, clean shower cabin. (i enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel.)

the bar was unattended after dinner. i had to ask reception twice for a drink. eventually, a gentleman came to the bar full-time.

I appreciated the wide selection of food. Emma provided excellent service at both breakfast and dinner. The coconut cocoon treatment was divine. EVERYONE I know raved about their time in the spa. The pool was a hit. I found the infrared sauna particularly enjoyable as it provided deep warmth.

This was my fourth visit, and this place improves with each return. I requested a room located conveniently near the treatment rooms, as I had been feeling unwell. They were accommodating in fulfilling this request. Breakfast is delicious and offers multiple choices. The infrared sauna is wonderful, it provides penetrating warmth.

I found no explanation about the provided amenities upon arrival. I would have liked further orientation. This information could enhance guest experience from the start.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean and modern. Staff members were courteous and helpful, ESPECIALLY at reception. The surrounding countryside is beautiful. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.

The infrared sauna was only mediocre, and the steam room wasn't working at all. I did complain.
