i booked a night at the hotel as a holiday finish. the room was ready immediately with no queuing. i requested a high floor and received it. food in the restaurant stood out as really good. staff members were attentive despite the busyness.
i had trouble getting through to reception by phone late at night.

i found the breakfast delicious a LOT of choice was available. i really liked that the hotel had a gym and a pool. the receptionist was lovely and VERY friendly.
the room only had one towel between us for a shower IT was not enough. the guinness in the bar had to be returned for some reason. upon taking our shower before leaving the water was freezing.

The swimming pool and gym were a fantastic bonus , and the original room assigned to me was fabulous. I found every member of staff to be warm , cute , and helpful. The restaurants offered a great range of delicious foods that were to die for.

The wedding reception took place in a well-organized, fabulous room. The service was excellent.
I found my room difficult to locate. The second-floor signs indicated rooms up to 227, however the rooms stopped at 220. I discovered that room 227 was elsewhere in the hotel (this was not made clear).

the breakfast was excellent. the pool also has a sauna, a steam room and a jacuzzi.
the noise from the room next door was shocking as it was a joining room with another and nothing was done about it in reception. the price was shocking too, it seemed like i was in dublin.

maria in reservations sorted our stay, and communication was great. donna at reception helped us get into our rooms early, a plus. the steak at the rowan restaurant really hit the spot, and breakfast had a lot of options.
the hotel sent another invoice days after checkout for an extra night. it reminded me of a mistake and caused a bit of hassle.
