comfortable bed lovely view hotel information unpleasant smell warm room needed cleaning
the room was spacious. it had a lovely view and a comfortable bed. the tv provided access to hotel information.
The shower in the room had an unpleasant smell initially. this suggested it needed cleaning. rooms were warm. This was not ideal.

helpful staff tv access
The breakfast was good (i liked the pastries). The staff was helpful, especially at reception, and they addressed requests promptly. The tv had netflix access. It was a nice surprise. The hotel is also close to Waterford and Dunmore east.
The wallpaper was quite trippy, I didn't love it.

superb staff immaculate grounds fantastic decor
The staff were superb. there seemed to be genuine camaraderie among the team. the grounds were immaculate and added to the luxury feel. the decor throughout the hotel was fantastic. It even had a beautiful aroma.
The background music from downstairs traveled up to the room. This was slightly distracting.

I loved the cocktail bar. It had creative drinks. breakfast included a wide variety of options. the restaurant offered a fine dining experience with quality ingredients.

The staff members were friendly. They were always ready to help. i received complimentary juice upon arrival. the hotel manager provided quick and helpful assistance when needed.
