The rooms were spacious and warm. A power shower and high-quality toiletries were provided. Beds ensured a comfortable sleep. The staff promptly provided fresh milk via room service. The swimming pool was large, and it had a baby pool. Robes and towels were available.

The staff knew my name. They remembered it throughout my stay.. so excellent! The breakfast provided a perfect start to each day. I also loved the bikes. The staff were helpful in getting me set up. The toiletries provided were luxurious.

snobby staffmanor house
the staff in the manor house were snobby. when i checked in, the doorman changed his demeanor when he realised i was in the less fancy part of the hotel. i would not return or recommend because of this snobbiness, even though the hotel itself was nice.

Breakfast featured both a buffet and made to order items. Staff exhibited warmth and readiness to assist in all interactions. Grounds were well maintained and accessible for leisurely strolls. I had dinner in The Hound restaurant, it provided a fabulous dining experience.
i did experience a minor issue with the room temperature upon arrival.

The grounds were acceptable I guess the atmosphere was fine too.
The lack of comfortable lounging areas in the Hunters Yard was a real issue no space existed to relax and read a paper comfortably. The bar was the only option available otherwise the bedroom was it. It disappointed me.
