Solid Hotel Experience

The hotel has spacious, clean rooms. Breakfast included many tasty options and a very delicious range. The location allows for easy walks to shops and restaurants. The castle is also nearby, and a sightseeing train is available.
Parking was an issue for me as I failed to secure a spot on the hotel. I had to park several blocks away from this place. This created a bit of inconvenience .

polite ladyvaried menuuncomfortable pillows
the lady on reception was very polite when i arrived. she showed us how to get to the car park. a lovely treat had been left in our room for our friend's birthday. the food at breakfast was top notch and the menu had lots on offer.
i couldn't secure an on-site parking spot and had to park a few blocks away. the pillows were uncomfortable. this was a huge disappointment for a room that i paid quite a lot for just one night.

the shower water temperature was difficult to regulate resulting in an uncomfortable experience

faulty remotegarbage view
i gotta say, the 'superior king room' i got wasn't exactly superior. the tv remote didn't work, i mean, who wants to get up to change the channel? also, the promised city view turned out to be a charming view of the bins. that's not what i call a kingly experience, more like a jester's joke, i think. for what i payed, i expected slightly more luxury, you know, less garbage.

The location was ideal, right in the heart of everything. The staff proved cute and helpful throughout my visit. The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast offered a delicious start to the day..
I did notice that the writing on the menu was quite hard to read as the color was pink.
