average experience, some issues noticed

poor window sealblackout blinds
the room was quite noisy due to a wedding that lasted until 2 am. the windows did not seal properly (i found that odd), so closing them made little difference. the birds started chirping around 4 am, and there were no blackout blinds. this made it difficult to sleep. (it's a shame, because i was really looking forward to a relaxing stay).

inadequate family roomunclean radiator
the room cleaning was not thorough upon arrival i found a disgusting substance on the radiator it was supposedly food but its appearance suggested otherwise the family room i booked proved inadequate for our needs it felt cramped like a caravan with little space for clothing or movement the hotel seems better suited for weddings couples or adults rather than families seeking kid-friendly amenities

Mediocre stay. Some issues need addressing.

poor sealingaverage breakfast
The windows do not seal well. This made the noise from an event go on until late. There were also no blackout blinds. The room flooded with light early. Breakfast was average. I do not intend to return after this experience.
