I had a lovely Beautiful King Room. The staff were very friendly and helpful . I really liked the touch of different biscuits provided in the room to have with tea.
The hotel room did not have a fridge.

The front desk staff was really lovely and helpful. grace and kate are really to be thanked. their smiles and help. the room was nice and neat. It featured wonderful views of the city and good coffee.
i found it hard to get someone to speak to in the hotel when there was an issue.

The room was spacious and very clean. It had essential amenities like coffee, tea, and biscuits. The bed was comfortable (I slept like a log!). Breakfast included a fantastic assortment of cooked and continental items.
The bar service was slow one evening. I waited about 20 minutes for drinks. The staff seemed preoccupied serving guests at the bar instead of attending to seated patrons.

The staff were very cute and accommodating . I was offered fresh coffee when I went back to settle my baby, I felt really valued as a customer. Breakfast offered a delicious variety of choices (especially appreciated).
The windows in my room could only be opened slightly, due to safety restrictions.
