The complimentary welcome drinks were a nice touch, and the reception staff were quite informed about the locale. a free bus tour covered marsaxlokk and three cities it was an unexpected plus. the hotel maintained really good cleanliness. Also the restaurant's food was notably good.
Parking was described as included, but i discovered i had to pay for nearby private parking daily. This was slightly inconvenient even with available roadside spots though.

My room was very bright, airy and had effective air conditioning, i also found the shower to be lovely. the cleanliness was amazing with everything super clean, it. The bathroom was well appointed.

The hotel is situated very closely to the valetta ferry terminal, which allowed easy access to the city, but other public transport options were readily available. its convenient proximity to key transport links made exploring the area quite easy. Shops were very close!

The rooftop pool offered a nice view, allowing guests to appreciate the surrounding area from above. i noticed there was also a fine dining restaurant located on the roof. Sunbeds were available. the wellness facilities included a sauna.

The staff was friendly and helpful . I especially liked the app that offered information and helped book activities.
It started early each morning and impacted my ability to relax during the day. the room felt smaller than I expected, and there was limited space to store my clothes.

the staff exhibited really good kindness and efficiency. i found the location superb, with convenient access to various attractions. moreover, the gym offered adequate space and equipment for both cardio and weight training, great for complete workouts.
During my visit, i encountered inconsistent housekeeping. Specifically, the replenishment of toiletries was occasionally overlooked, requiring a request for restock.

i found the room spacious and well-kept. the bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i appreciated the plentiful supply of fresh towels and toiletries that were replenished daily (a small detail , made a big difference).
