regular room cleaning fresh towel friendly staff absent pull up bar broken machine bland food
I stayed in a Double or Twin Room. The room was cleaned regularly and fresh towels were provided. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
The gym lacked a pull up bar. Some gym machines were broken . The dinner buffet was not good with bland food.

a solid choice

i liked the many options for food. there is also lots of entertainment. the boat to blue lagoon on comino island is right in front of the hotel. i also recommend the lebanese byblos restaurant, it was AMAZING!!!
the happy hour cocktails were too sweet for me. the bar staff said no when i asked for a cocktail not on the menu, even when i offered to pay full price. it was still a good experience overall.

The room had good soundproofing. Little outside noise came in. effective air conditioning kept the room comfortable. i felt that the room was a good retreat after a long day.

the hotel is next to the sea, very convenient. not many people go to this part of the sea, so it felt more private. i found the location perfect for relaxation.

ABSOLUTELY Fantastic Getaway
beautiful views spacious rooms delicious breakfast
The views were beautiful. The rooms were very spacious and super clean. I liked how close I was to the Comino boat tours and Gozo ferry! The breakfast was DELICIOUS and the service, in general, was really good. It seemed like EVERYTHING was designed for ultimate relaxation. I appreciated all the details.
The pillows could have been more comfortable, I found them a little too firm, honestly.

The resort provides convenient parking with vehicles. It has two pools offering ample space for relaxation, and there are many sunbeds available, ensuring everyone finds a spot. The pier is near the hotel.

Rooms are wide and clean. Each room has a great mattress. Rooms include daily changing of towels. Rooms offer sea views and balconies. The rooms are well-kept. It is amazing.

The catering staff is AMAZING. Some staff members speak multiple languages, including Ukrainian and Russian. The resort provides very good service. This service comes from all of the waitresses, especially some notable staff members.

The hotel is in an excellent position. It is near the ships to Comino Island. It is also close to the ferries to Gozo. A bus stop is near the hotel. This offers convenience to discover local areas.

port location reception service weak entertainment pool rules
The location near the port was very convenient. Taking sea trips was easy due to its proximity. The reception service was excellent. Staff were quite helpful.
The entertainment was one of the weakest parts. Some advertised activities did not happen on certain days. The pool rules changed without notice. Floats were suddenly disallowed.

wonderful resort experience
quiet ambiance really good cleanliness amazing views
the staff displayed wonderful friendliness and efficiency. the hotel maintained really good cleanliness throughout. the views of gozo and comino from the hotel were amazing. i particularly appreciated the quiet ambiance and overall relaxation i experienced there
occasionally, there were slight delays in obtaining drink orders during peak hours but this was minor.

the buffet offered excellent range of food choices and the quality was good. i enjoyed the variety, particularly in the themed dinner selections. the restaurant staff maintained high standards of cleanliness with super clean plates.

the reception staff facilitated quick check-in, and that was appreciated. staff members were very attentive to our needs throughout our stay. mr sapiano always inquired about our stay and showed genuine care for customers

our room had tea and coffee facilities which was convenient. the large shower in our bathroom was excellent and spacious. the corner room featured an l-shaped balcony offering wide views and comfort.

indoor pool lack of transparency
the room was clean and i had no complaints it was acceptable
i was disappointed the indoor pool was not available it was under refurbishment the hotel did not mention this on their website i feel they should have informed guests before arrival i also found the offer of a free meal with a waiver to not discuss this online quite strange
