The room provided a comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The reception staff were very helpful and provided assistance with local information. I particularly enjoyed the available literature that aided in planning various trips. The air conditioning was very effective .
The gym equipment needs some maintenance , as a treadmill was out of order .

the air con didn't work properly, it didn't reduce the room temperature. the bathroom was very small.

the hotel had several pools. these pools were spacious. the receptionists rouselle, francy, and pratty were very friendly. the housekeeper william ensured our room was clean.
the hotel could use some signs reminding guests to be silent.
