Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
comfortable bed well equipped kitchen helpful staff effective air conditioning
The room provided a comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The reception staff were very helpful and provided assistance with local information. I particularly enjoyed the available literature that aided in planning various trips. The air conditioning was very effective .
The gym equipment needs some maintenance , as a treadmill was out of order .

The room had a comfortable double bed. The air conditioning worked efficiently. The provided blackout curtains were effective , ensuring a dark room.
The gym's opening hours did not align perfectly with my schedule.

A balanced experience
maintained pool area needed room equipment fresh clean towel different room lift inoperative air con small sized bathroom
the pools were well maintained. Rooms included everything that we needed. Fresh towels were available everyday.
i had to use two different lifts and follow three different corridors to find my room. the air con didn't work properly, it didn't reduce the room temperature. the bathroom was very small.

spacious pools friendly receptionists clean room
the hotel had several pools. these pools were spacious. the receptionists rouselle, francy, and pratty were very friendly. the housekeeper william ensured our room was clean.
the hotel could use some signs reminding guests to be silent.
