fantastic experience
cool area helpful waiter
i found the reception and downstairs bar area cool. i wanted to sit and rest after a warm walk outside. waiter birnod was very helpful with my mother in law, carrying drinks for her (it was very sweet).

solid hotel with some minor issues
clean room excellent food friendly waiter
i had a lovely, clean room with a fabulous shower. the hotel food was excellent. i especially appreciated the waiters, notably binod, who made dining a pleasure. my overall stay was fabulous.

i had a double or twin room balcony. the room was large with comfortable beds and included tea and coffee. meals were very good including drinks with dinner. all the staff were very friendly.

Romantic Getaway, Truly Wonderful
delicious cocktails attentive staff quick service
The breakfast included plenty of choices and tasted good. The restaurant staff were wonderfully polite, cleaning tables promptly. I found the cocktails at the bar luscious, especially the pinacolodas. They were Very refreshing after spending the day exploring the island.
The air conditioning was centralized and i could not alter the temperature in my room, making it a little warm at times.

The hotel is ideally located near the bus station. Buses are SO accessible. This makes it easy to explore many parts of the island. there are several restaurants and shops within walking distance, convenient.

intrusive approach disrupted atmosphere
the food was not up to standard. during the meal, staff members repeatedly insisted that we provide written comments at the table. this approach felt intrusive and disrupted the atmosphere.
