The reception staff were friendly and helpful. They gave assistance and advice whenever possible. My room was clean. I also appreciated that the fridge had water upon arrival.

The hotel gym was small. It also felt too crowded. The indoor pool had many kids present, so it was noisy.

The room was large and included air conditioning, which i found VERY useful. i had a refrigerator and a safe, both worked fine. The housekeeping service was diligent. They cleaned the room daily. i think it was very convenient.

The gym is a bit small. It sometimes felt a LITTLE crowded during peak hours.

the room was a good size with a balcony it overlooked the pool area the breakfast had a great selection the reception staff were super friendly the receptionist lavished lots of information i really appreciated this the hotel is clean the staff were attentive
