The hotel is in a great location. It has easy access to everything. the staff were friendly from check-in to check-out. i appreciated the clean room. the mood lighting created a relaxing atmosphere.
I found that tram noises were loud. This was a bit of an issue for me, a light sleeper.

the room don't have an iron with ironing board. i saw 'ironing room' on the floor above me! people want their own iron, it is the norm in most hotel rooms.
