I found the staff super friendly. Ann was very nice and helpful. She set a great tone for the hotel. Breakfast was first rate too.

My room lacked plug sockets. I also felt the bathroom was old looking. The bath bottom looked stained. The room was basic.

I found the staff polite and professional. The location is excellent for walking trips to various attractions. A taxi from the airport was easy to get. Breakfast included Irish options, it was a delicious start to each day.

The room photos online seemed a bit larger than the actual size of the room I booked.

roger at the main bar was friendly and remembered my drink preferences after only one visit. the location is central making it easy to walk to many attractions. i received an upgrade to my room upon arrival, a pleasant surprise. the breakfast included many options and was always fresh.
