The Classic Rooms feature four-star quality furnishings with soft pastels and warm fabrics. The Deluxe Rooms have beds over 6 feet wide and include an antique-style radio. Executive Rooms offer a king-sized bed or twin beds with walnut furniture handcrafted in Galway. Junior Suites have a king-sized bed, American Walnut furnishings, original artwork, and a timber-decked balcony with outdoor seating. The Master Suite has a King size double bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a sitting room with a fireplace, and American Walnut furnishings.
Dining at Brooks
Francesca's Restaurant has an open-plan kitchen. The head chef, Patrick McLarnon, trained in Europe and crafts dishes using local ingredients. Lunch offers Seafood Chowder and Smoked Chicken Caesar Salad. Jasmine Bar, voted one of the 'Great Whisky Bars of the World' by Whisky Magazine, offers over 100 whiskies, cocktails, and dishes. The Café Lounge offers coffee and homemade treats, plus a lunch menu with Toasted Ham and Cheese on Sourdough and Chicken Caesar Salad. Patrick cultivates an Urban Herb Garden at the hotel, growing seasonal fruit and herbs.
