central location attentive service friendly staff

the location is really great , it is central. i found the staff very attentive and friendly. roger at the bar provided excellent service , he was very helpful.

the bathroom didn't seem to have any heating , so it was cold.

I found the staff polite and professional. The location is excellent for walking trips to various attractions. A taxi from the airport was easy to get. Breakfast included Irish options, it was a delicious start to each day.

The room photos online seemed a bit larger than the actual size of the room I booked.

roger at the main bar was friendly and remembered my drink preferences after only one visit. the location is central making it easy to walk to many attractions. i received an upgrade to my room upon arrival, a pleasant surprise. the breakfast included many options and was always fresh.

the deposit i paid has not yet been credited back to my account..

The front desk staff was helpful. Martin assisted with luggage storage. The room was very clean and quiet. Air conditioning worked well during warm weather. Breakfast offered buffet and menu options. I appreciated the soundproofed room. The location was central to the scene in the city.
