free coffee friendly staff convenient location loose dispenser iffy switches tired room
Breakfast had a system where you pay only for what you want. Coffee and tea were complimentary. The location was near a concert venue i wanted to visit. The staff were very nice and friendly to guests.
The room was starting to look a bit worn. Some light switches were not working correctly. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was loose on the wall. There was no housekeeping service for the second night, so i requested some water.

The room was spacious with everything i needed. The shower offered a marvellous experience. I appreciated the free tea and coffee available throughout the building. The location is convenient, very close to public transportation and within walking distance of the center.
The hotel's layout included a bit of maze. Guests need to walk through a busy bar to reach rooms. This created a slightly noisy environment.

a mixed experience

street noise poor soundproofing
The room was quite warm, even with the thermostat set low. I also found the noise levels from the street problematic. It was difficult to sleep before 1 a.m. because of the constant traffic. The hotel needs to consider better soundproofing or provide earplugs.
