The hotel's grand staircase and lavish fittings create a sense of timeless elegance. My room was spacious and clean which added to the comfort. The bar offered a relaxing environment and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The television in the first room I was assigned did not function correctly, but the reception quickly resolved it.

the hotel held such grandeur. christmas decorations adorned the space. a cozy clean room allowed me to rest easily. the location was perfect, just a quick walk to the opera house.
the coffee machine was a tad temperamental. my coffee was sadly not quite as good as i expected, such small issue.

the room offered ample space with comfortable bedding. additional amenities included toiletries and a supply of bottled water. the provision of both ensured i could relax without worry.

the reception arrival staff, especially amos, offered excellent, professional assistance. his attentiveness was especially appreciated. the breakfast area needed more attention to clear used tables more quickly.

The hotel's location was superb , allowing easy access to local attractions. The lounge was spacious , presented beautifully with comfortable seating. The full-size individual beds in the family room were a significant benefit for our children. I found the parking very convenient and accessible.
I thought instant coffee sachets at breakfast were not ideal for a hotel of this class , particularly given the breakfast cost.
