unavailable discount blocked shower

The car park situation was rather inconvenient. i was directed to an ncp car park with the promise of a discount. the discount never materialized. the manager was less than helpful in resolving this issue. also, i noticed a distinct unpleasant smell outside the hotel. i will say though the reception area seemed clean enough. but perhaps the cleaning crew could pay more attention to the rooms a bit more often. the shower drain was blocked, and there was some sticky residue on the bedside table. it is annoying to see these small problems.

rude response mold smell

The parking situation was frustrating. I received an impolite response at the front desk when inquiring about it, 'as if I should know' how their system works. the hallway near my room smelled like mold. It was not pleasant entering or exiting my room.

central location lovely food partial service limited toiletries

The location was very convenientright around the corner from city attractions (just a short 10-minute stroll). The hotel was also clean and well-kept throughout. I ate in the bar. The food was lovely, and the staff were nice.

The room was not serviced until after 4pm. The service was only partial, and I needed to request additional toilet paper. I also ran out of toiletries while showering.

The staff were helpful and approachable. The room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel was very clean and airy.

Side lights to the bed didn't work. The door handle to the bathroom fell off. I reported both on the first day, but only the handle got fixed.

The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection, i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruit. the location proved ideal. It allowed easy access to shops, restaurants, and historical sites. our superior room minister view offered a tranquil setting, with a view of the iconic minster. richard was so helpful with parking directions.

the self check-in process felt impersonal, i missed a warm, cute greeting.
