The location was AMAZING!!! It was right next to the station. One stop and you're in the center in 5 minutes. The hotel looked fine. I REALLY liked the overall design. A fridge was available in my room. Breakfast was lovely. I enjoyed the champagne available in the morning, a luxurious touch.
Unfortunately, the room was very cold. The air conditioner was not working at ALL. I informed the reception, but they only apologized and did nothing. The rooms are SO dirty that when you walk from the bed to the bathroom, the bottom of your socks turns completely black. After mentioning this, they brought slippers. I was not happy at ALL!!!

The room was quite lovely, and the hotel looked very well maintained. we had everything we needed in our family room. The beds seemed very soft. the staff presented as very sweet. The train and bus stations were visible from the hotel front, a brief walk. taxis to our destinations cost approximately ten euros each way.
i noticed i have to pay for parking separately. the details weren't quite adequate.

the breakfast was acceptable. it had a reasonable variety of items.
the room cleanliness was substandard. i found hairs in the bathroom and the sink was not properly cleaned. the air conditioning did not work properly causing discomfort during the night. this level of maintenance is unacceptable.
