Amazing animal adventures!

convenient buggy usespacious roomgood breakfastdated hotel
I found the golf buggy use very convenient. It made getting around the animal reserve easy. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast tasted very good.
The main hotel seemed dated. I noticed the absence of hot water in the morning for showers and baths. This seemed to be due to the building's age.
Location
9/10
The hotel's location is central to the whole park and restaurants. This made accessing the various amenities very simple. The hotel is directly opposite the concierge. This provided quick assistance for any needs.

I really enjoyed the buggy experience. It was very nice. accessing the park after dark to see animals not about during the day was special. the hotel and grounds are fine too. the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was delicious. The fine hotel offered an amazing view.
I stayed in a twin room, and it was clean and nicely presented. however, i only got a couple of hours of sleep. the room was very noisy because of loud running water. I do not know where this noise came from. i told the receptionist about this on checkout but got little response.

Very nice Family Safari Surprise!

amazing animalsroad proximity
I found the entire experience very nice from the start to the finish. We enjoyed a private jeep safari to our cottage viewing amazing animals up close. It was really life changing!
During the stay, I encountered some noise as our cottage was near a road. It was a minor issue in an otherwise really good visit. Addressing road proximity could improve experience.
Location
9/10
The hotel is located near key attractions with easy access to the safari park. It makes exploring the grounds and animal encounters convenient. The proximity to various activities enhances the overall visit.
Rooms
9/10
Our Twin Room featured comfortable beds and climate control. The room included modern amenities. It added to the enjoyment of the hotel experience.
Service

The hotel offers diverse dining options, including in-cottage chef service. Our three course meal in the cosy kitchen was delicious and beautifully presented. It.

the shower had good water pressure. the staff were friendly and helpful. the buggies provided a way to explore the reserve. the signage for paths and parking was clear. the buggies were easy to drive.
a table for dinner was unavailable in the garden restaurant. the alternative bear garden restaurant was unacceptable. children ran around and nappies were changed. reaching it required a golf cart buggy ride. this was not great in the rain.
