Mixed Experience at Bankside
dim lighting insufficient hooks
My experience had some drawbacks. The temperature in the room was too warm upon arrival. The air conditioning required considerable time to regulate it. Insufficient hooks for towels in the bathroom presented an inconvenience. The room's dim lighting affected its comfort.

small window unsafe shower
I was so excited about staying here. the staff were lovely, and the location was convenient. however, the room was dark. there was only one small window and dim lighting throughout. also, the shower and tub was difficult to get in and out of. There was a big step down without a grab bar, which seemed unsafe.

executive lounge relaxing space attentive staff limited lighting few hooks inoperable window
the executive lounge access was a great perk it provided a relaxing space. i found the staff in the lounge very attentive. the hotel location was convenient for exploring various attractions.
the room i stayed in was quite dark with limited lighting it made it difficult to see clearly at times. i noticed there were not many hooks for hanging towels in the bathroom. i also found that the window could not be opened.

parking options lovely lady small window instant coffee
i found that team are meeting needs right away. a kind man greeted me and helped with parking options. a lovely lady was friendly and so personable. another man took our things to the room and made sure we were settled. i like the way they helped me.
the room seemed a little dark with only one small window. scaffolding was outside it and that was not great. the soft drinks in fridge weren't replenished. the mini kettle included only instant coffee. these were not my expectations

The hotel boasts a central location, convenient for reaching various attractions. I appreciated the attentive service from Yen and Terrence in the executive lounge. The food was beautiful, and the drinks were of high quality. Staff ensured I was well taken care of .
The absence of clear windows in rooms limited the view.

i found the executive lounge relaxing with good evening food. beverages were available. i appreciated all-day access. amen assisted me at check-in. yen and terence were great in the lounge during the evening.
i noticed slight darkness within the room during both day and night.
