the doorman remembered my family weeks later. the bedroom had immaculate conditions with high comfort. my daughter enjoyed her baby-bed near the window.

the hotel lacked newest plugs in the room.

clean room plentiful breakfast high price steep charge

the room was very clean (i really appreciated that). the breakfast was plentiful and tasted so good.

i found the minibar prices to be quite high. i also thought the room service charge was a bit steep (but maybe that's just me!).

great perk friendly staff good options chaotic process dated room missing member

The lounge access was a great perk. I liked the breakfast and dinner options there. The chia pudding was especially good. The staff was friendly and competent. Additional front desk people were on the 8th floor where the lounge is. Plenty of taxis were always waiting out front.

I did not receive acknowledgment as a Globalist member. The check-in process was chaotic, and I waited for my luggage. The rooms need modernising, particularly the bathroom.
