convenient location comfortable room
the hotel's location was quite convenient and the room provided was comfortable. i found the proximity to various amenities very helpful. the views from the room were excellent and added to the overall experience. the rooftop bar provided excellent food and drinks.
i had to wait several minutes for the hot water to work in the shower. the water pressure was minimal.

the staff was cute and helpful, from check-in to departure (especially helpful with directions). i liked the room's unique design and efficient layout. a complimentary cake for my wife's birthday was a great touch.
The blind in my room was manually operated. It felt a little inconvenient.

Amazing Stay Close to Oxford Circus

convenient location rooftop bar good food clean rooms
I enjoyed how close the hotel sits to Oxford Circus tube. I found it very easy to walk to nearby shops. The rooftop bar offered excellent food and drinks. The cleanliness and size of my rooms was great.
The hot water in the bathroom sink took several minutes to heat up. The water pressure in the shower was low. I think that issue need resolving soon.

The room was spacious I had a superior queen room. The rooftop bar provided excellent views. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly I really appreciated their assistance.
The hot water took about five minutes to work in the shower.
