an okay stay

fantastic location pleasant staff small room wheelchair access
the location was fantastic. it placed me so close to the underground station, a ride from heathrow airport became really easy. the reception staff was very pleasant, i found their demeanor really nice.
my room feel so small for its price. i think is not enough room for have a baby in there. i also didn't like that it was hard for anyone to get into the building if they had a wheelchair, there werent accesible.

small room hairdryer placement
The location was convenient (close to the underground).
My room felt quite small, especially for the price i payed. The hairdryer required you to open the closet to plug it in. I EXPECTED more space for the price.

Romantic stay at a beautiful hotel

perfect location complimentary mini bar friendly staff
The location was perfect, close to the underground station (it was so easy to get around!). I really enjoyed the complimentary mini bar stocked with water and juice. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
The fitness room seemed a little neglected.
