complimentary ferry comfortable bed small room outdated bathtub
The staff was friendly. The complimentary ferry service to Canary Wharf was convenient. I found the room quite comfortable.. the bed was supportive. There was also a bus stop right outside the hotel , made getting around easy.
The room was smaller than I anticipated. I found the shower in the bathtub outdated. There was no center light in the ceiling. The room could have been brighter. This delayed my drinks order.

friendly staff amazing views regular bus
i stayed for a few nights and found the staff very friendly and cute. the hotel restaurant has amazing views of the thames. the c10 bus stops right outside the hotel it goes regularly to canada water.
the shower gel fell off the wall while i was showering it hit me.

the staff at reception were very cute. my room was bigger than i expected (a pleasant surprise!). the ferry service to canary wharf was very reliable and also convenient.
the check-in process was long.

the hotel provided free access to a ferry that goes directly to canary wharf from a dock near the hotel, which makes transportation very easy. a bus stop is located directly outside the hotel.

our river view room provided an amazing experience. the room was spacious. it was very clean. the complimentary ferry to canary wharf was a great bonus. the staff were polite and friendly.

i stayed many nights here and everything was like a dream. the staff does go above and beyond to help with any question i have. the breakfast also is good and offers many choices to pick and choose!

The staff were helpful and cute. breakfast was great. vasimin, the breakfast supervisor, was very accommodating. he made sure we had everything we needed. The service was amazing!!!
Our room had no ventilation at all. all our belongings were wet from condensation. there wasn't even a window to open. This was not ideal.
