our river view room provided an amazing experience. the room was spacious. it was very clean. the complimentary ferry to canary wharf was a great bonus. the staff were polite and friendly.

i stayed many nights here and everything was like a dream. the staff does go above and beyond to help with any question i have. the breakfast also is good and offers many choices to pick and choose!

my room had plenty space and it was good to stay there with river views. the bed was good and comfortable and i did get a good shower in the bathroom. everything looked new and fresh!

The staff were helpful and cute. breakfast was great. vasimin, the breakfast supervisor, was very accommodating. he made sure we had everything we needed. The service was amazing!!!
Our room had no ventilation at all. all our belongings were wet from condensation. there wasn't even a window to open. This was not ideal.
