the breakfast was amazing the rooms were clean the shuttle was convenient

my friends and i stayed one night i found the parking situation VERY frustrating we went to pick up our rental cars and returned someone helped us park but never mentioned payment was needed we ended up staying one hour and five minutes a parking fine of 100£ plus a 68£ admin charge was sent customer support said it was our fault i am annoyed

The hotel provided easy airport access via a frequent shuttle bus. Parking was convenient when we picked up the rental car. The room was tidy, and the restaurant staff offered friendly service..

Pillows and beds provided little comfort. One of us tried to sleep in the bathtub, not a common occurrence.

The room thermostat didn't seem to DO anything. It was uncomfortably warm, and I couldn't get it to cool down. the ice machine on my floor was OUT of order. THAT was annoying.

the front desk staff were cute they smiled often. my room was well equipped it had everything i needed. i found the breakfast to be very good i liked the wide variety.

the car parking caused stress it felt inadequate. i saw only one ev charger this seemed low for a hotel of this size. the shower had yellow stains i did not like that.

It offered many choices and was all you can eat. The shower had a good water pressure, this was very pleasant.

The website said bathrobes were available, this was incorrect. I was informed they removed the bathrobes two years ago. The website information needs updating.
