The grounds were very clean. The restaurant staff were pleasant.
The hotel room heating did not seem adequate. I requested a wake-up call, it never came. I found this unreliable.

A charming retreat
abundant selection attentive service quiet setting spa facilities
I found the breakfast selection abundant and tasty. I especially liked the attentive service offered by Bozena. She made my mornings wonderful. The hotel grounds are beautiful and provide a peace all around. The spa facilities provided welcomed relaxation after a hectic day.
The phone in my room was not working. It was a very minor inconvenience, but I thought it worth mentioning.

enchanting retreat
friendly staff great scones
I found the staff friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to. the food was of a good standard. I particularly enjoyed the afternoon tea with those great scones. min's massage and facial left me floating on air. It was a relaxing experience.
I noticed the lounge could use a refreshing touch. It feels a little dingy. the hotel could invest in brighter decor or more modern furnishings to enhance the overall ambiance of the lounge area. it would make the space more inviting.

The breakfast offered a good selection of dishes and freshly made scrambled eggs. Attentive staff fulfilled all requests to our specific tastes. It added a personal touch. I found the room very accessible with a wheelchair.
I noted a slight issue with the room temperature. It was difficult to adjust it successfully.
