My room, a 'double room private bathroom', suffered from thin walls. i could hear quite a bit of noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway, impacting my sleep. the bathroom fixtures showed some wear. The shower head sprayed unevenly.

the location was decent and easy to reach.

the breakfast, was a letdown. i think there wasnt a chef available since it was a quiet time. they pre-cooked and reheated everything. fruit salad seemed old with brown spots and i never got the toast i asked for, such a shame.

The location was central, perfect for exploring. The provided toiletries smelled wonderful. I found a fully stocked honesty bar with a good selection of wines and snacks (really great after a long day). The staff were helpful with directions.

the building has two beautiful sitting rooms, i loved the honesty bar. the conservatory dining room created a pleasant ambiance. the garden room we stayed in was especially nice. everything seemed to be top quality. i found the staff friendly, they were very helpful too.

the room was very small, and the shower tray was overflowing. also, i expected a larger room for the money. i also wanted a better bathroom.

the hotel is in a quiet street in the town center. i felt a sense of privacy despite the vicinity to various entertainment and shopping areas. it was like i was in a small oasis!
