the decor was really excellent i loved the chandeliers everything seemed perfect. the hotel was beautiful it was a great experience

the lights in our room werent working i had to go back to reception. the lift also stopped working after a fire alarm the receptionist did not know how to reset it

Upon arrival, I faced a frustrating situation regarding breakfast. I had prepaid for breakfast for each day of my stay, yet I was informed that the fixed price only included a limited selection of items from the menu in addition to a single beverage. A full English breakfast or an extra drink incurred additional costs, which significantly detracted from the perceived value (this feels a bit unfair). Had I known these details in advance, I would have preferred to dine elsewhere.
