Parking cost extra daily, it wasn't clear when i booked. also, the room got noisy late at night. I could hear other guests and it was hard to sleep. plus the constant noise of running water somewhere in the building kept me awake until 3am. Staff didn't really seem to care.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was included and it offered great value. Drinks at the bar were priced reasonably. I appreciated the hard work of all staff members.

My room lacked a lamp , made it difficult to read at night I found this quite inconvenient I would have preferred to have adequate lighting

my assigned room contained bedsheets that emitted an odor, as if stored in a dusty locale for an extended duration. furthermore, staff exhibited grumpiness during breakfast service. i also saw a server drop toast, which resulted in crumbs falling into a guest's coffee, and no replacement was offered.
