Charming Stay!
easy accessfriendly staffmodern bar
I appreciated the ground floor room, it provided very easy access. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the bar area. I enjoyed the modern bar, it was nice.
The older hotel shows its age, I noticed some of the fixtures looked a little tired.

The hotel provides free parking. This is a great convenience. The location is quiet, I barely noticed a wedding event . Lots of parking space is available onsite, it made arrival and departure very easy.

The staff are helpful. They quickly addressed all my needs. Bar staff were particularly friendly. Check-in was quick and easy, I was able to settle into my room without delay.

i really enjoyed the available facilities. the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes! the pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section! i am very impressed by the hotel's amenities and condition.
the tv remote in my room needed new batteries.

the reception staff was very friendly and cute upon arrival. i received a standard family room and it was spacious, clean and well-kept. breakfast service offered a wide variety of options and all the food tasted fresh.
the mechanical noise from maintenance cupboards kept me awake.

the staff was really kind and accommodating. breakfast was delicious. the history are fine. rooms were clean and accessible. the bar is wonderful. staff was friendly. i ate in pub and the food was tasty. the staff were amazing, they were pretty good.
the mattress in my room seemed quite old. it sank a bit when i lied on it. i could hear noises from other rooms.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a breakfast that had great choice and was plentiful. My room faced the back of the hall and overlooked the car park , but it was quiet.
The offer I booked promised a room upgrade on arrival , but I did not receive one. The room seemed a little dated with tatty furniture. There was also mould around the bath and taps.
