decent stay with minor issues
electronic controls lcd television coffee selection minibar issue warm room bathroom hairs
my room was super modern with all these electronic controls. the lcd television was big. plus! i could make tea or coffee right there in the room anytime i wanted, they even had cookies.
i asked four times to get the minibar opened and it never happened, even though i paid a deposit. it was also pretty warm in the room! i kept having to turn the air down every time i came back. i also saw hairs in the bathroom, in the tub and under the sink

dirty glass broken lights
The location was acceptable. The staff was friendly.
The room was not very clean. There was a dirty glass that sat on the desk for two days. the electronic system to control the lights did not work properly, annoying.

Acceptable Stay
warm welcome modern room minibar issue warm room
The staff welcomed me warmly, made for a good first impression. The room was quite modern. The location was convenient. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
I had an issue with the minibar not working (even after requesting it be opened several times). The room was also quite warm. Every time I returned, the air conditioning was set to 22 degrees Celsius, and I had to lower it to be comfortable for sleeping.

updated room excellent shower
The room was spacious, clean, and updated. I enjoyed the very comfortable bed and the excellent shower. The water pressure was AMAZING!!!
The minibar could not be opened despite my deposit, a shame.

modern art stay!
mood lighting kevin murphy products brand new building convenient access
the room featured electronic window blinds and mood lighting, which i found quite innovative. the kevin murphy products in the bathroom were a nice touch. the building felt brand new with a great interior design. i appreciated how accessible it was, even from the railway station, and the safe area full of bars and restaurants nearby.
i found the automatic curtains didn't work properly because the hook wasn't connected, a bit inconvenient.

the art room king was spacious with very modern decor and design, including a samsung tv. the bathroom was well-sized and featured a large shower. i found the digital control of the room functions very intuitive.

the hotel is situated in a lively area, close to several underground stations and bus stops. many bars and restaurants surround the hotel, which i thought was very convenient. the area felt quite safe to walk around, even at night.

breakfast had a high quality with a menu offering items like smoked salmon, avocado, and halloumi. fresh juices and hot drinks were readily available. the service in the restaurant was attentive, with waiters offering a selection of items.

mixed experience
faulty air conditioning limited service
the room was comfortable enough.
The air conditioning didn't work as expected. It kept turning off. this. also, the room wasn't serviced daily unless i specifically requested it. That's not something i've experienced before, apply. apply.

inaccessible minibar unclean bathroom
The minibar was not opened despite four requests. It remained inaccessible throughout my stay. The room became uncomfortably warm, and the air conditioning reset to 22 degrees Celsius automatically. Hairs were present in the bathroom, specifically in the bath and under the sink.
