the hotel is a short walk from the city centre this was very convenient. the room had a fridge freezer microwave and kettle this was very useful.

balanced stay near the center

the hotel provided free parking, located conveniently close to the reception area. our room included a fridge, microwave, and tea and coffee facilities. this was useful since meals were not offered at the hotel. the modern bathroom provided toiletries.

the shower had very hot water and i could not adjust it. the bed was not comfortable. traffic noise entered the room because it was located on the ground floor near the main road. lots of light came in through the window as well.

Great Amenities and Central Location

the room had a kitchen sink, a kettle, a fridge, and a microwave, really useful. plates and cutlery were supplied along with teabags and coffee sachets i could walk to the city centre in just a few minutes across a footbridge near the hotel. it was quiet plus the staff were friendly and helpful

perfect location helpful staff

The hotel location is perfect for exploring! i loved being so close to everything. the staff were really good. They were so accommodating and helpful , it was awesome!

The sound insulation wasn't great. I could hear noise from the hallway at times.

The reception offers 24-hour assistance, so i felt safe. They were always ready to help with directions or any request i had! staff even offered extra towels and toiletries upon request, so nice.

strange smell broken ice machine

I must say, my stay wasn't what I was hoping. I was there a few nights, and there was a strange smell that never really went away. It seemed the air conditioning wasn't working right, the room felt stuffy. The ice machine was out of service, a small thing but I did wanted ice for my drinks.

mixed feelings about ground floor stay

noisy room front door

i got a ground floor room because of my arthritis, which i appreciate. however, it was right by the front door, and the noise was relentless. people coming in and out kept banging the door until almost 2 am.. it was difficult to get any sleep. the window also would not open properly.

mini kitchen nice towels extra time

i found a room that had a mini kitchen area with a sink, fridge and microwave. the bathroom had liquid soaps and nice towels. i was happy i could leave my car there after checkout so i had more time to explore.

the furniture felt old.
